Caring and Sharing Volunteers - Children's Christmas Gift Ministry

Dundee Caring and Sharing is housed at the Dundee United Methodist Church and has been a local mission project of the church since the Fall of 1980. It is supported by the Dundee Interfaith Council and other groups and organizations.
We distribute monthly to over 200 people. We also distribute federal food quarterly. At Thanksgiving and Christmas, special food distributions assure that low income families will have all the food ingredients for holiday meals. We also offer school supplies and Christmas gifts for the children of those families.

See the Events Calendar for distribution dates and times.

 How YOU Can Help
  • If you would like to help as a volunteer, the regular distribution dates are the first Wednesday of every month at 4:00 at the Dundee United Methodist Church and the first Thursday of every month at 4:00 at the London Township hall on Tuttlehill Road in London Township… There are extra distributions in November and December to give Thanksgiving food in November and Christmas gifts for children and extra Christmas food in December. Those dates will be announced at the regular November distributions.
  • Donate food and personal care items for the food pantry.  (boxes of cereal are especially needed in April and during the summer)
